Design Consultation

The home design consultation is an in-person consultation for up to 2 hours of time. While on-site, we will walk through the space(s) you’re considering making updates to.

In each space, we will discuss what updates you’d like to see made and review any special considerations that will affect the design and installation process.

Lastly, we will review design aesthetic preferences, timeline, project investment, and the next steps in the design process.

Design & Documentation

During the Design & Documentation phase, a complete drawing set (floor plans, elevations, and renderings) is completed for Client Review. Two material boards are also made for Client Review.

During the project presentation, a draft of the drawing set, and any available physical samples are brought to the client for final review and approval. One round of revisions is permitted with each project presentation.

After the drawing set, products and materials have been approved, projects can be purchased and installers can be scheduled.
